Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated: 31 August 2026
Everything we sell is dispatched from the UK. This page sets out what each delivery option costs, when it arrives, and what happens if something goes wrong on the way.
1. UK and international rates
| Service | Cost | Delivery time |
|---|---|---|
| Standard UK delivery | £4.99 | 3–5 working daysFree on orders over £99. |
| Next-day UK delivery | £6.99 | Next working dayOrder before 2pm, Monday to Friday. |
| EU & international | Calculated at checkout | Varies by destinationDuties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility. |
2. Free delivery threshold
Standard UK delivery is free once your basket reaches £99 after any discounts and before delivery is added. The basket tells you how much more you need to add to qualify.
3. Dispatch and cut-off times
- Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are picked the same working day.
- Orders placed after 2pm, at a weekend, or on a UK bank holiday are picked the next working day.
- Delivery times are counted in working days from dispatch, not from when you ordered.
4. Orders with items from more than one seller
We are a multi-seller marketplace, so a single order can be dispatched as more than one parcel, arriving on different days. You are only charged delivery once — we split the cost across the parcels behind the scenes. Each parcel is tracked separately in your account.
5. Tracking your order
You will get a dispatch email with tracking as soon as each parcel leaves us. You can also see live status for every order under Account → Orders.
6. If your parcel is late, missing or damaged
- Please allow one extra working day beyond the estimate before contacting us — carriers occasionally run a day behind at peak.
- If tracking has not moved for three working days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
- If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item before unpacking further and contact us within 48 hours.
7. Delivery addresses
We deliver to any address you can enter at checkout, including work addresses. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, so please check the address before you confirm. Incorrect addresses that result in a returned parcel are refunded less the original delivery cost.
8. Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders outside the UK may attract import duty or local sales tax on arrival. These are set by the destination country, are not collected by us, and are payable by the recipient before the carrier will release the parcel.
9. Questions
See our Returns & Refunds Policy for sending something back, our FAQ for the quick answers, or contact us and a person will reply.
