What “outlet” actually means
Our stock is end-of-season lines, overstock and cancelled wholesale orders, bought in bulk. That is the entire reason a piece costs less here than in the brand's own shop. It is not a lower-grade version made for outlets, and it is not a second — it is the same product, at the price buying in volume makes possible.
The trade-off is that outlet stock is finite. We buy what exists rather than placing a repeat order, so when a size goes it usually does not come back. If something you want is in your size today, that is the day it is in your size.
We are a multi-seller marketplace, which means one order can leave us as more than one parcel and arrive on different days. You are charged delivery once regardless; we split the cost behind the scenes, and each parcel tracks separately in your account.
Every item is the real thing
Everything we list is genuine branded stock sourced through authorised channels, and each piece is checked before it goes on the site. Nothing is listed from a source we cannot trace.
If you ever doubt an item you have received, tell us. We will investigate it and collect it at our cost — that stands whatever you paid for it and whether or not it was in a sale.

Free UK delivery
Standard delivery is free on every UK order. There is no minimum basket value and nothing to add to qualify.
Delivery & shipping30 days to change your mind
Thirty days from the day your parcel arrives, sale items included. Unworn, tags on. Faulty or wrongly-sent items come back at our cost.
Returns & refundsPayments we never touch
All major cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Stripe processes them — we never see or store your full card number.
Payment questionsA person answers
Email or the contact form, replied to within one working day by someone who can open your order and do something about it.

We dispatch from Romford, Essex to every part of the United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland — including the Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
- England & Wales — 1–2 working days standard, next working day if you order before 2pm.
- Scotland — 1–2 working days; the Highlands and Islands can take one day longer.
- Northern Ireland — 1–2 working days standard.
- Isle of Man & Channel Islands — 1–2 working days; VAT is adjusted at checkout where it applies.
- Europe & rest of world — Calculated at checkout, duties payable on arrival.
